I’ve only had it for a day but it was easy to set up, good accessories that came with and the user manual has good startup routine examples.

I use this post workout AND whenever I feel a bit sluggish. Really relaxing, sometimes challenging, but I always feel better afterward. Great for lymphatic health, too.
