I absolutely LOVE my new Lifepro Full Body Waver Vibration Plate. This helps with Lymphatic Drainage, Boosts my Immune System, Increases Circulation, and adds resistance to my workout out. I have only used this for a short time, but I've already feel results. I am anxious to see what my body will feel, and look, like after a few months of continuous daily workout routines.

Been using it for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening. Only time will tell if it does anything for me. I’m hoping it helps my balance and reduces my weight
