I’ve the waver vibration plate

After a lot of research on brands, I decided on this one and love it. My knees, hips and back have seen immediate improvement with 15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening. I even bought one for my parents.

Received it on Monday. Used it Monday evening. Woke up refreshed and more energized. Used it this morning for 10 minutes. Anxious to see my progress.

Love it!

Love my waver vibration plate so far! It is heavy duty and goes from 1-99, so has some serious vibration! The stretchy bands that attach are too long and not stretchy enough in my opinion to provide enough resistance, not sure if they can be shortened? Love that it is backed by science & has a lifetime warranty.

Good plate, remote needs some work

Good plate and works as described. The remote needs some improvement, you have to point it directly at the plate and only certain angles work.
