We've had a few starts and stops on using our waver vibration plate but we do love it and once a few medical issues are resolved, we look forward to using it daily!

I have only had this one day, not sure how I can give a review but here it goes. It was easy to set up even though the video tutorial library didn't work for me.

I just opened the box but the instructions are pretty straightforward. I plan to start slowly.
