Received my fitness plate two days ago. I have been gradually increasing my time on it. It makes my legs feel lighter after using it. I'm glad I purchased it and plan to use it often.

I used an upright vibration plate at work . The portable Lifepro is surprisingly powerful in comparison. I look forward to the exercises.
