I have been using the Waver for this past week and I really like it. I can feel it engaging my muscles. And it is a gentle vibration that is also relaxing. I think this just might be something I stick with. It really does not take up too much time or room.

I’m still new to this, but I did have an appt with my chiropractor recently,& she had said my body went into place very smoothly this time. I didn’t mention I started using the vibration plate, but I’ll see how my next appt with her goes & share the info.
