Have not used it a lot yet, the few times I have you can feel the muscles working. Hoping it will work for joint and back pain as well.

I’ve only had it one day and I look forward to getting on board again. It felt good. I felt my body shaking to its core. I think it will work to destress and get my lymph flowing better.
