I'm 71 years old and needed something fun to do for exercise that I can use indoors. For 40 years I've had joint and arthritis issues. I can only do boring exercises. This is fun and challenging.

Getting Started with my Waver

I was a little nervous opening up the big heavy box containing my Waver, but found a well written user guide, clear step by step instructions, a easy to read chart with pictures and descriptions of exercises, links to tutorials, videos, etc. Also information about how to get help if you need it. I am excited and confident that the Waver is going to be a fantastic addition to my workout regimen!!
