I am deep down the rabbit hole of benefits ascribed to vibration plates. LifePro Waver seemed like a reasonable and affordable way to test the waters. You can spend a lot more.
There is a lot of value here. Stretch mini bands. Resistance bands with handles. Remote. Lots of speed variation. Easy set up. And so quiet. I unboxed last night at 10:30 and tested it out for 10 minutes while the wife slept in the room next door.
So, there are your first impressions. I will add another review or edit this in a few days or so.

I have really enjoyed using the life pro. I have gotten into the intense workouts but I have used it as a warm up before going to the gym.
