I received this as a Christmas gift! My adult kids, who play sports, see the benefits of using this machine to help strengthen their bodies to avoid injuries! Easy setup and very convenient to use at home!

Wife was rather surprised and happy with how it felt while using and the after effect. Looks like it will be a good addition to her workout routine.
