Atill have to find the workouts mentioned in manual but love the poster. Will need 2 AAA for remote before use. Very sturdy and looking forward to using.

I received this as a Christmas gift! My adult kids, who play sports, see the benefits of using this machine to help strengthen their bodies to avoid injuries! Easy setup and very convenient to use at home!
