I received this as a Christmas gift! After using one time I notice a difference in my lower back pain! This also got a lot of circulation going in my legs which was nice! Obviously you have to do more than just stand or sit to feel it working but that’s the point!

I'm 67 and get out and jog everyday but the vibration plate is great for the recovery process. Didn't know how great it works until trying at a friend's. My partner can see improvement in his foot aches and leg cramps. He also is active but this helps with recovery.
