I love my Weaver vibration plate. Have been using to improve, weight loss, works. Strength, flexibility mobility getting in my exercise no matter the weather or time of day in the privacy of my own home.

I bought and have been using this waver vibration plate. I love it. I can get my exercise done inside my home at my convenience no matter weather or time of day. It is working on weight loss, pain relief climbing, mobility and flexibility. Love the pre programing choices.

I am forced to go through this portal in order to access the training videos they advertise in the booklet; I haven't had a chance to really use the product. So don't expect me to write a glowing review about a product I haven't yet tried.
