I love it so much. Such a perfect Christmas gift from my husband! But this is something my littles (5 and 6 year olds) love using as well! Even my husband loves it!

Waver Vibration plate for Christmas

I feel great about the lifetime warranty my Waver has! It came with two resistance bands,4 mini bands and a remote. It was quick and easy to get set up. They have included easy to follow exercises as well. I'm excited to see how this can change my health and life.
