Received it, plugged it in and tried it for 5 minutes at speed 5 and felt good but do remember to bend your knees slightly and not stand straight

The Lifepro waver is working great so far. Still using while sitting in chair on 1st setting, but plan to use standing soon. Helping with neuropathy & circulation a little so far which is the main reason I purchased. My chiropractor recommended it. Looking forward to making more progress with it!
