This Is a Must for the Office Life

First try was Lower Body - Starting Stance at speed 33 for 5 minutes. 8 years in the office, this machine reminded me of what I lost in strength and endurance sitting in a chair all that time. I'm excited to add this to my lifestyle as a daily routine to aid me getting back into top physical and healthy condition.

New solution for the vibrating board

I am four months out of a total knee replacement. I've had a terrible time of sleeping due to stiffness in the knee. I rarely slept more than 1-2 hours at a time, followed by a couple hours of knee pain and insomnia. Now, when I wake up from knee pain. I go to my closet, where I have my vibrating board and a folding chair. I can sit in the dark and relax while vibrations relieve me of knee pains. I go back to bed and now sleep 4-5 hours at a time. I also exercise the knee with it 3-4 times per day. I told my physical therapist that this machine was putting him out of my business. It's been a life-saver for me.

I'm using the vibration plate as part of my physical therapy regime due to joint osteoarthritis. I'm unable to use equipment that causes any pressure on the joint, and the vibration plate allows me to get some muscle stimulation and improve my circulation.

Just received my waver vibration plate

Unboxed my waver vibration plate. Getting to know how it works and will post more after i get familiar with the machine. I am 76 years old and got the machine to help me maintain my mobility. I have had 2 knee replacements within 3 months of eachother and don’t want to loose any of my strength. Mobility or flexability!
