Our Doctor recommended we purchase and use this vibration plate to maintain our active life. I'm 86 and my husband is 89. We hike and kayak.

I have owned the Waver for 8 months now and use it 1-2 times daily (3-4 times a day if you include my husband). It has definitely helped with my circulation issues, knee pain, and strengthening of my core. Initially, it did take some time for my body to adjust and you may feel sore when you first start out, so start slow and work your way up through the different programs. You can also search for exercises that you can do while you're shaking away! The Waver plate has definitely become a priority in my day to get the workouts done because the feeling coming off the plate is just so refreshing!
My only issue with the Waver plate is that after about 7 months of use, it has developed a constant squeaking noise as the plate vibrates. I'm hoping that the support team is able to let me know if this can be fixed or if there is anything I can do on my end to get it back to the quiet operation it had before.

I just received my machine a couple days ago. So far I have used it 15 minutes per day and it has felt great! I’m still waiting to see more benefits, but I’m very happy!

This is so great! Easy to use with sitting or standing. No big differences already with the vibration every day. Would highly recommend especially at this price.
