I received my Waver today and did two workouts of 15 minutes each. I think I'm going to love it! It is very well made and sturdy. I'm planning on doing it daily.

My Waver Vibration board was a gift and I was a little skeptical at first. One use and I was hooked. I love the convenience of this workout. The board is compact and I can pull it out and put it away easily. I love it!

“WAVE” hello to fitness for life!

Set up is so easy and quick. I was “wave-ing” in no time! It’s easily my favorite workout. I’m 68 and been physically active my entire life. Since the “Wave” has helped me achieve better balance and a much stronger core, I hope to sustain my strength and mobility for many years to come.
