Have had the plate one week, and I am VERY pleased and satisfied. Learning something new all the time and feel wonderful after each use. Started talking to my family about it - starting to spread the word.

Life pro exercise plate

I am just starting to use it a in nice I was gone during the holiday and the purchase was right before holiday break. It feels sturdy and solid and I am doing 20 min per day just staying on it. It has helped my lower back and I hope to explore other positions & options, using the ropes etc. I am happy with it so far but will need some more time to decide the full effect.

I really like the Waver. It is really good for after a gym workout. It also helps to relieve muscle soreness and stiffness.
