Tried the vibration plate for the first time last night. I felt very "itchy" when I was done. I'm assuming that that means it's working! Haven't used it enough yet to give a thorough review. Giving 5 stars for now.

I work hard, mostly out of doors, and I often end up with an aching back - not any more! I can use the vibration plate to soothe those aches across my shoulders and the middle of my back and get relief!
