This is a high quality item. Its heavy and well made. It makes excercise fast and easy. I had a very sore knee due to a fall. Beginner workouts for short stints got my knee feeling better in days, after nearly a month of pain and limping.

I’m 75yrs old and I am retired have used a plate at the chiropractor and so I bought one this model is nice and I can do what I need to do to recover from all the damage that work did to my body. I got it yesterday and used it today I received everything and it worked as it should I will report back in a month or so to update.

I just received my Waver Vibration Plate and I love it. I did 15 minutes and I honestly feel more energized. Looking forward to using it every day. I am 74 and I highly recommend this vibration plate.

Seems good, only 3 stars because I have not been able to use it much. Diagnosed with breast cancer 2022, good and bad days. I need to be more diligent with this to help me regain strength and balance.
