I’m so excited about this and I know I’m going to love it. I’m 73 years old and my 73 year old friend highly recommended it to me. Got it for balance, walking, bone density, and joints. I was surprised how easy it is to operate and how quiet it is. I’m sure my family will want one when they try it! Thank you!

Love mine!!! I have trouble with my knees and after 5 days they feel better i can bend better and feel better thats the main reason for getting this plate. It was recommended by a friend and she has hers for 4 years. My husband is using it as well for his hip and so far he is says its good.

I'm still researching it. I hope to access videos, as I don't like looking at the brochure or manual to see what exercises I need to do. Also, I'm wondering if the shaking really makes a difference with stretches.
