This vibration plate has been a great therapeutic device for my journey in claiming embodiment. Has significantly helped with my ADHD (nervous system reset), proprioception issues d/t hyper mobility and lymphatic drainage. So happy I made the investment, after debating for a couple years. Highly recommend!!
