I'm enjoying using this device and look forward to learning more about it. The only issue is the remote. It doesn't work very good. It takes several times pressing the buttons before there is any change on time or speed. I'm concerned this will only get worse with extended use. Please send me a replacement. Thank you

The plate has many programmed vibrations. Nice. I contacted LifePro with a health concern several days ago. No response. Disappointed.
