I am loving my Waver Vibration plate. I have only just begun but I see a long term relationship with this form of exercise! I am happy with this purchase. I feel better already and I don’t dread exercising!

Only used it twice - interesting. Need to take it slowly - had a tremendous headache after the lowest speed for 15 minutes...but I am committed.

This is an incredible machine and does so many different things. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the power cord doesn't stay connected very well.

I JUST TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX ON LAST EVENING BECAUSE I AM ALMOST AFRAID OF IT.. BECAUSE I SOO IN NEED FOR THIS TO HELP ME GAIN STRENGTH IN MY BODY BECAUSE MY SUFFERING WITH FIBROMYALGA. I TOLD MYSELF DON'T BE AFRAID TO BELIEVE THE REVIEWS AND GO FOR IT..SOO WISH ME GOOD HEALTH. THANK-YOU

Very wonderful product. Can accomplish so much with it! I gave it a four because the power cord doesn't stay in the machine too well.
