So far so good. Following all instructions and at first level. Already easing for sciatic pain. This is very promising! Heck yeah!!

Just got my Waver Vibration Plate and tried it out! It’s great! Can’t wait to see, over time, the increase in my BMD. ??

My 7 year old has stolen my Christmas gift! He uses it every day while listening to a book. Such a fun gift for all of us.

I love my vibration plate. I use it in the morning and evening. I helps me wake up and give me recovery at the end of the day. Looking forward to the longterm results.
