Better than expected!

So good that even our teenage daughter keeps stealing to keep in her bedroom! I feel “lighter” when I walk, joints hurt less, and I’m sore again after workouts I’ve been doing for years (but now do on vibe plate) so know it must be activating muscles. ??

Got mine in today and used it for the first time. Afterwards it felt like I was walking in the clouds. No foot or knee pain…after just 15 minutes! I’m gonna love this!
