The best vibration board on the market. I use it every day and can tell a huge difference in my lymphatic drainage and cellulite.

I have done all different forms of exercise from free weights, machines, plyometrics, yoga, cardio, and this creature effective at building a mind to muscle connection that helps more efficiently focus on muscle sets. A few exercises have helped with digestion, and I’m working to stay consistent with lymphatic drainage. I’m excited to continue using this and incorporating it into other exercise methods I use.

Purchased the Waver for my mom. She had it one day and I knew I had to order a second Waver for myself!
