I travel for work and my position is a sedentary one so I decided to "treat" myself to this amazing product for my birthday 8/25 to have it stop vibrating 1/26. Now I am having a problem with getting a replace ?

I just got my waver vibration plate today and the whole family loves it! I got this to help me with circulation and lymphatic drainage. I started on the lowest level as suggested for what I need and it feels pretty good! In the future as I get stronger I plan on using this with my workouts.

I absolutely loved my vibration plate, I imagine I still would if it didnt break. I used my vibration plate consistently and looked forward to it. Unfortunately, mine broke after only 4 months. I contacted the support team December 9th. It was determined that I needed a replacement machine. It is now January 12th and I am still waiting for a replacement.
