Don't hesitate, just get it!

I felt a difference after the first use! My muscles are generally really tight but when I used this before and after my workout, I was so much more loose! I don't get nearly as sore after hard workouts when I use it. I've also noticed it helping with my balance. It serves so many purposes and is my favorite at home machine.

Great recovery tool

I had issues after leg surgery getting fluid to flow in my leg through the lymphatic system. My wife purchased the vibration plate and it helped after daily use.

Purchased this product yesterday after reviewing it online and I’m very happy with it. My daughter I and husband tried it out last night and this morning and we’ve had a lot of fun while using it. I’m extremely happy with this product.
