Given it be the new year, I'm all about getting healthier in 2026. I ordered this because I'm 65, overweight, although I have already lost 60 lbs., I have alot of arthritic issues and thought this would help with the inflammation. Right now, I'm using it sitting down, to getting used to it. Soon, I will be standing up, so I can get the full effect. I can't wait to see how this really will help me. 35 more lbs. to go, and I'll no longer will be considered obese, LOL!

I felt a difference after the first use! My muscles are generally really tight but when I used this before and after my workout, I was so much more loose! I don't get nearly as sore after hard workouts when I use it. I've also noticed it helping with my balance. It serves so many purposes and is my favorite at home machine.

Great recovery tool

I had issues after leg surgery getting fluid to flow in my leg through the lymphatic system. My wife purchased the vibration plate and it helped after daily use.
