Haven't been able to use the unit yet. Product seems robust with plenty of exercise options. Only strange occurrence was a small screw was laying loose in the unit. It rattled when taking it out of the package and the screw fell to the floor. I cannot see any place externally where the screw would go. Hopefully, it was a screw that got left inside during assembly. The unit powers up and operates fine so far.

Waiver vibration plate

I purchased this Lifepro Waver vibration plate for me and my spouse. We both have back issues and cannot do any type of exercises. My daughter in law has one and we spent the weekend and we both used hers a couple of days. We loved it. It seems like it may help our back and legs. I would recommend this vibration plate.

Has taken the swelling out of my legs and ankles in a week. I played golf today and was as limber as year ago/ i will keep using the device. very relaxing. use it to get me moving in the morning and and to p re[are for bed at night.
