I have been a gym rat for > 50 years, but I purchased this vibrating plate for my wife who is battling cancer and a heart condition as well. She loves it, and I believe it will produce excellent results. I also love it to supplement my workouts at the gym. The only criticism I have is that the remote stopped working on the 3rd day.

I’ve had a bad knee for months now. I got a Cortizone shot recently and it seems to help. So this week I started using the waiver and so far so good. I believe I’m going to enjoy this machine a lot better than the other pieces of equipment that I have

I wasn’t sure I would like this but I am impressed with how I feel after using.. love it.. recommend use for anyone but especially elderly if needing help with mobility.
