Great workout

I started using the programs that are installed in the plate. Oh my, great workout and all I do is stand there. I plan to begin some of your other ideas to increase my workout. I am 69, had 4 back surgeries, & a hip replacement. This is great for me!

Feeling like myself again

I am getting back into fitness after a few years. This machine has helped accomplish my fitness goals although I do not feel as if I am in the best shape. It is a an important part of my health journey and has helped my body feel so much healthier. I have been recommending it to everyone around me.

Absolutely love my Waver Vibration Plate! It’s easy to use, super effective, and makes workouts more fun. I’ve noticed improved circulation and muscle tone after just a few weeks. The remote control and resistance bands are a great bonus. Highly recommend!
