Got it last week. Used over 10 times. Good variety with programs. Now time to get creative with workouts. We like the spectrum of levels and it is more quiet than expected. Solid construction.

My original vibration play it was a lot smaller and it worked good for lymphatic drainage but not good for working out. This waiver vibration plate is amazing I can do everything on it.
