I received it today and did a quick 10 minute warm up on the lowest setting and it made my muscles feel really relaxed after.

I have only had my Waver a few days, but I love how it easy it is to use and transport. I am post one year hip replacement surgery and my hip is already less stiff. Good purchase for my husband and I.

Just got it today, set it up and gave it a shot. So far I love it! It is something I am going to have to get used to though.
