Son age 17 and hockey player tried it with some doubt, he cranked it up and was surprised at how it increased squat and plank difficulty. I am 50 and slightly out of shape and am also impressed with how I can tailor it to my needs as a beginner.

I have only had my Waver a few days, but I love how it easy it is to use and transport. I am post one year hip replacement surgery and my hip is already less stiff. Good purchase for my husband and I.
