Just got my vibrator plate. Been standing on it everyday. I feel my lymph nodes are doing much better. Hoping to see more results in the near future

Great way to relax at end of day
on January 21, 2026

So far between using in the morning, when home from work and end of day I’ve been enjoying the end of day vibration the best. On the floor with my calves across the plate, while watching a little tv with the family. Gets me relaxed at the end of the day.
