Used It The Very First Day

We literally took it out of the box, added batteries to the remote, and climbed aboard. It's a bit larger than I thought it would be, but we LOVED It! I can't wait to learn some of the exercises to do with it and see the effects it has on strengthening and toning my muscles.

Works better than expected. Customized workouts, improves strength, balance, lymph system, pain levels and loosens tight muscles. Excellent value so far.

I got this for my birthday, having used one at a medical office in the past. So far, it meets my expectations. The pre-set programs are nice. I’ll use it most days and I look forward to noticing positive changes.
