Feeling overall less stiff and tense. I’m just starting out with the program for beginners in the manual. I really like how quiet the Waver is… Happy with my purchase!!

This seemed like a good way to increase the effectiveness of lifting hand weights. Unfortunately, the jerking motions leave my neck and back in a whole new pain I haven’t experienced before. Granted I’m 55, but so is my friend that recommended it. It went back in the box, but by the time I recovered from my several attempts, it was too late to return.
