So many vibration plates to choose from. I went with the lifepro waiver plate after reading many reviews and determining this was the best out there.

I have not used it much, but the few times I tried it out. I can't wait to use it! I have a feeling I'll feel better once I do.

Using this vibration plate feels great, it is very solid and very quiet! I will be using daily with goals of relaxation, better balance, muscle strength, weight loss and lymphatic drainage.
