So far so good.
It's been less than a week since the vibration plate arrived and we put it to work that evening.

Even with the getting used to it stage when you are sitting with it vibrating you will feel it working dormant muscles.
I think it was a wise purchase.

I have used this now 12 days in a row. I have lipodema and terrible restless leg syndrome. Omg…for 12 days I have slept so much better at night, restless legs are relaxing!! I’m so thrilled about this plate I will use it daily!

I got my vibration plate in the mail yesterday, and I’m already reaping the benefits. Just two sessions standing on it and I feel the pressure that I constantly have in my hips start to go away.
