Hi….haven’t had this belt long enough to see or feel the benefits yet. I do enjoy how I feel when I wrap it around my waist. It is very relaxing.

Nicely made, sturdy. Only used it a few times so it’s really too soon to really evaluate personal results. Using it cautiously on slow speed, sitting and standing. I’m hoping to see it as beneficial. Enjoying it at the moment.

just started with my waver and absolutely love it so far! i have only been using it for two days now and already am feeling lighter on my feet and that my circulation is better! highly recommend!
