Even better than I imagined it would be!

My friend told me about the Waver Vibration Plate, which I totally trust her, but at the same time, I always think "no pain, no gain"! And then my son, who has been exercising practically all of his life, came over one day and started talking about how he used this machine at the gym and loved it. My friend sent me a video of her on the waver, along with all of the different exercises and benefits of using the Vibration Plate, so I was convinced and ordered it right away - it came in two days later. And even my husband, who never exercises, liked it and I definitely do! Oh, and what's so great about this machine, it also has many different preset programs for all levels of intensity, so you can be a beginner or someone who works out regularly and benefit from this piece of equipment.

I just got my vibration plate today and I used it twice. It was easy to set up and figure out how to use. Excited to start implementing this into my daily routine!

My wife loves it so far but we just got it. Ill update the status later. Two things that I see is that there should be a spot for the remote on the machine. Maybe there is and I didnt find it yet. And the remote doesn't respond super well.

Just started using it and so far I love it!!! It does have a strong chemical smell when you un-box it, but other than that, it seems like a great product that's easy to setup and use.
