Skeptical at first but my jelly legs tell me it works. My Oura ring thinks ive been jogging. 15 minutes at level 8 is like 3 laps around the football field

I am using this for lymphatic drainage and loving it. My husband uses it to warm up before his weight lifting workouts and it has really helped activate his deeper quad muscles that he has never been able to before. He is very happy with it.
