This was a gift from our kids, husband tried it the first time and felt his balance was better. We need more investigation of videos to accomplish our goals as to positions to choose to make balance and weight-loss

It’s early days getting more familiar with the Waver vibration plate but I have already concluded this was a wise choice. After each session, I can feel the difference - particularly for circulation.

I love this machine. It’s so easy to use. It helps me to fell better. My bloat is gone! My muscles feel strong. I am talking about it constantly to my friends and that they should get one. My husband even uses it.
I took away one star because there is one part of the rubber that keeps popping up and it’s starting to create a bubble. I’ve added a pic. Please advice. Thanks!

Great for legs workout

My husband and I haven’t fully learned how many ways we can use our new Lifepro, but we keep it in the living room and can watch tv while we work out on it. It’s great for shaping and sculpting your legs!
