Waver vibration plate

So far so good, just unboxed and everything works great. I didn't pay attention that the product came with a remote and I purchased an additional one. It actually turned on my walking pad as well so I have to make sure that is unplugged while using my vibration plate. I was feeling a bit stiff today and feel more loose after using on settings 1-3 for a total of 15 minutes. The different standing positions definitely make a difference, in the walking position I can hardly feel anything on the first setting but the running position is crazy movement! And it goes up too 100, wow. Can't wait to continue use and do some workouts on it. I do wish the cord was a bit longer.

Amazing fitness tool

I have only had this for a week, but I have truly loved using it! I’ve noticed better sleep, less soreness, and decreased stress. Love using it in the morning and the evening for nervous system regulations. Really excited to continue using this product. I would recommend this to anyone and especially from lifepro given their lifetime warranty! The shipping was pretty quick and the packaging was really good.

I can't wait to see the changes over continued use. So far I'm seeing changes in my legs and I feel it does a great job waking me up in the morning. Also has helped with keeping ankle swelling at bay! Would definitely recommend!

Rehabbing After Knee Replacement

I have just started using my Waver vibration board and so far have only done squats and other leg strengthening exercises on it. I’m looking forward to using it to reduce pain and improve recovery.
