Just plug in and go. First time users should definitely get acquainted with a vibrating plate. They are awesome for relaxing those muscles after a long day.

Just got my vibration plate and I’m really impressed. It’s sturdy, quiet, and surprisingly powerful for its size. I’ve been using it for quick sessions while watching TV or after workouts, and I can already feel my muscles engaging in new ways. The different speed settings make it easy to tailor the intensity, and it feels great for circulation and recovery too. Excited to keep using it and see the long-term results!

Had surgery and am not able to use

I've only had this a few days, but like the ease of set up and the benefits I am hoping to see. Being 66 yo and out of shape, I am hoping this will get the ball rolling on my physicality and better movement.
