Luckily, I did read instructions and was sitting down on a chair for the initial trial run. Set on P1, I pressed start. I may not be moving through the remaining power levels very quickly. This vibration plate has some kick even at the lower settings. Now to make good use of my investment to strengthen balance and overall health. ?

So far it's nice and relaxing. I've only used it on low for 3 days now. Hopefully I will notice what it's going to do for me as I use it daily. It arrived quickly and it's a nice machine.

Great plate but power cord is a problem

I’m enjoying the vibrations plate and love that there are tons of videos on YouTube for exercises. But I’m only used it a handful of times and the power cord keeps disconnecting.
