Perfect for Me

For someone who hasn’t exercised in a while, this vibration plate is ideal. It starts me out at a low level and I’m currently working myself up to higher levels. Instructions are great and the Getting Started exercise chart is very helpful.

I bought this a while ago but have not used it consistently. Recent joint pain has motivated me to use it more
