Take it slow

My Waver Vibration Plate arrived early in the evening one week ago. I was not able to try it until later that night, after I returned home from a meeting and was ready to go to bed. I just did speed 1 for 5 minutes at 1 power. I could not fall asleep until 3:00 a.m. My physical therapist said that vibration plates fire up the body. I am 73 years old and, apparently, even the small amount I did on the vibration plate activated my body. So now I do the machine before noon. I have done it 2 times sitting down on a chair. Today I tried standing. I have poor balance because of a broken femur bone 2 years ago & a titanium rod that was put in at an angle, so I did it next to a kitchen counter and reached over to briefly steady myself when needed. I am looking forward to improving each time. My goal right now is 3 times a week.

Makes Me Stronger & Better Stamina @ 68 yrs old.

I set mine in front of my recliner for easy daily use while I sit.
I also sit right on it sometimes to relieve my right hip pain.
I started on the lowest settings.
Now I start on low to do 4 sessions while increasing program level for 2nd & 3rd, and back to low for a cool down. My weight has begun to drop the tiniest bit just from sitting in my chair and varying my positions and tightening muscle groups while I vibrate. I am very grateful to my friend who recommended getting a vibration plate.
I had covid twice followed by a major surgery and after so much recovery time, I have not been able to exercise well since. This has been a great blessing to me.

Set up is simple & exercise guide is easy to follow. Just after one 10 min session I was able to feel a little sore the next day which let me know it did its job. I can’t wait to feel the effects to help with my body aches and pains!

Why did I wait so long?

First off I ordered this Sunday night and received it Tue afternoon. Blown away at how quickly my waver arrived. Super easy to setup and very quiet. I have not used a vibration plate before and am happy I chose the waver to start with. It is a great size to be able to do full body work. So many videos out there to guide through doing lymph work and workouts galore. One 15 min session and my shoulders dropped my hips relaxed and my neck self adjusted. Cannot wait to see how much better I feel with continued use. Seriously wish I had bought the waver years ago! Highly recommend, I was talking to everyone about it today. Grab one you won't regret it!
