New to a vibration machine

Just tried for the first time today, 15 minutes of no. 1 speed. I felt the tingling after. Will keep using this machine hopefully it can increase my bone density and improve circulation. The machine is pretty quiet and I felt the movement of the machine from the chest down. I can’t wait to explore more of the intensity and the level this machine offered. So far so good.

We've been using it for a week,and it's easy to use. However, so far we are not seeing any of the health benefits.
