I just got it, but I'm looking forward to using it and seeing all the benefits I get out of this product over time. The Website was great, and the purchase process and sale were great and helpful. Shipping was efficient and fast. Unboxing was fun, as there was a lot of help and support along the way to get started safely. My first try was sitting for 15 minutes as I got familiar with the feel of different settings and foot positions. I can't wait to see my progress!

I had been researching vibration plates and rebounders for some time hoping to find something to help with lymphatic drainage and circulation. Ultimately decided to go with the waver vibration plate and so glad I did. Even on level one I could feel areas of my leg muscles activate. The sessions go by quickly it’s easy to fit a session into my busy schedule without much physical exertion (which I feel is good just starting out). Not only will this give me a good foundation to start my journey but will also aide my recovery and other exercise routines as I progress. Looking forward to progressing through the pre programmed level workouts.
